NYD-14 Domestic Boiler
It is designed collaboratively by our own engineers and European
boiler experts and can be used for heating and supplying hot
water. By using a special technique of flame disturbance in
double turbulence chamber and "four-step air input" (primary,
second, third and fourth air input step by step), a complete
burning process of solid fuel (coal and wood) is achieved without
using any extra facility. All indexes of physical and chemical
emissions are extremely low, far less than the state standard.
The thermal efficiency can reach more than 80%, and the dust
density is 42mg/m3, and the blackness
of smoke is very less.

 This is a
very good heating facility both for individual families
and small companies, or for those areas without a central
heating system. Heating areas range from 100m 2
to 400m 2 .
Different from traditional small-scaled domestic boilers,
it adopts the same principles of combustion, heat-exchange
and structure as a large boiler, so its heating function
is quite effective. This boiler also has advantages
in saving fuel and protecting the environment. It is
the exclusive boiler so far in all of China that has
won the honour of "Recommended product for Chinese well-to-do
families", and also the first boiler to win an authentication
of "Energy-saving Product" in Beijing.

CNS-13 Domestic Boiler |
 This product is a type of "three in one" boiler,
i.e. it has functions of heating, cooking and supplying
hot water. It is largely used by small families. The
heating area may cover from 60 to 150 m2. Different
varieties of this boiler have been developed to suit
different fuels such as soft, hard, smoke, non-smoke,
ball-shaped and honeycomb-shaped coals.
Among many advantages, being environmentally friendly
may be the best characteristic of this boiler. The product
is in accordance with Standard GB/T16154-1996, and was
tested by the Monitor Centre of De-dusting Equipment,
State Environmental Protection Bureau, and Beijing Energy
Saving Centre. High efficiency and low emission are
secured by a unique combustion chamber and double cycling
of water (two-way cycle). |

This group of boilers is designed for heating and supplying
hot water for an area less than 1000m2.
It is an ideal facility for hotels, shops, schools, factories,
greenhouses and animal farms. The product has different
types to cover different heating areas, from 400m2
to 4000m2. Two basic
sub-groups of the products are designed for using smoke
or non-smoke coal. According to test results from China
State Environmental Institute, the efficiency is beyond
72%, the dust density is below 100 mg/m3
and the blackness of exhausted gas very is less. |
